• Equity metrics: percentage of families low-income, Medicaid/TANF usage, language access provided.
• Collaboration proof: MDT partnerships, school alliances, mental health referrals.
• Signature story bank: anonymized survivor and family narratives demonstrating healing and resilience.

Attachments Checklist

• IRS determination letter and most recent Form 990.
• FY2025 audit/financial statements (in progress for December delivery).
• Updated outcomes one-pager and equity statement (due per capacity plan).
• Current board roster with affiliations and demographic highlights.
• MOUs/letters with DA’s Office, law enforcement, schools, and mental health partners.

Story Assets

• Case story illustrating a child’s path from forensic interview to restored safety.
• Prevention vignette (SafeKids puppet assembly) showcasing youth empowerment.
• Quotes from partners (DA, law enforcement, school leaders) validating impact.

Process Reminders

• Draft LOIs offline for portals without autosave (Season To Share, TGYS, etc.).
• Maintain current registrations: Colorado VSS, SAM.gov/UEI, Grants.gov, OJP portal.
• Schedule partner check-ins ahead of application windows to sync data requests and support letters.
